Five years ago, I began the Pornopoetica project, which, unlike Le Ragazze del Porno, more closely reflects who I am as a person and an artist: it transcends gender discourse, adopting a queer and gender-fluid perspective, if we want to use a label. It uses not only visual language but also the language of the body, through performance.

Dark Room - 2'40" - 2019

Camera Oscura (Dark Room) is a performance that works on the development of images that never achieve clear definition. Camera Oscura adopts the "indefinite" as an aesthetic principle and a way to deconstruct the boundary between the body. The two performers on stage play on two levels: the presence of the body and the impermanence of vision. Theirs is a loving fusion, which occurs only through light. An illusory touch that exists only for the beholder. The viewer is encouraged to focus on the images, without ever truly succeeding. And when the eye is not enough, and the experience of vision challenges the psyche, the response becomes emotional.

Every bond - 3'10" - 2014

It was 2014, I was part of the group “The Porn Girls”, and we had been commissioned to do a work on gender violence.

I took on the responsibility of making a short film that started from the idea of women as strong, self-determined, free, and desiring subjects.

A tale of sex, love, and healing through an image usually associated with violence and submission.

A double reversal of perspective, a challenge, a provocation.
