The film's aim was to explore various forms of violence against women, from forced child marriages to so-called 'honor' crimes.
But also the daily attacks and kidnappings of which the women of Afrin are victims, the imprisonment and enslavement of the Yazidi women of Shengal whose hair was cut, as a further insult.
The film is the final project of the BANOS Film students.
