Bio
Enrico Carnuccio was born in Turin in 1981.
A civil engineer by training, he specialized in the study of soundscapes.
Between 2010 and 2020 he lived between Lisbon and Heidelberg, where he developed his visual approach as a photographer.
He consolidated his training as a director in collaboration with Caucaso Factory, working on the projects «Shelter - Farewell to Eden» (2019), «Lucus a lucendo - A proposito di Carlo Levi» (2019), «Il Re Fanciullo» (2023), «Terra Incognita» (2024) and «Jula» (in production).
In 2019 he produced and directed Ökofast, an experimental short film about green politics in Germany.
Shadows at Noon is his feature film debut.
He is currently a scholarship student in the PhD program in Cinema and Media Arts at the Universidade Lusofona in Lisbon.
