In recent years, the company's main activity has focused on creative documentaries and the internationalization of projects through the development of international co-productions. We developed and produced Tutti pazzi per Paolo by Donato Canosa (2018) and Un uomo deve essere forte by Elsi Perino and Ilaria Ciavattini, presented at the Festival dei Popoli 2019 and other international festivals. In 2018, we collaborated with Vrai Vrai Film (France) to produce Traverser (After the Crossing) by Joel Akafou, presented at the Berlinale 2020 and Vision du Réel. Since 2017, we have been co-producing Mother Lode by Matteo Tortone with France and Switzerland. In 2018, we participated in the EURODOC training program, with the Mother Lode project and the participation of Margot Mecca as executive producer of Malfé FIlm. Our internationalization work has led us to present our projects at festivals and markets in the most important international sectors. Our interest in cinema that explores the boundary between reality and fiction extends beyond creative documentaries: in 2017, we produced Bar Malfé, a self-produced fiction film, and in 2019, we co-produced Giacomo Sebastiani's short film Zheng with Atacama Film and Ouverts. Our co-production work was recognized with the Eurimages Lab Award at the Thessaloniki International Film Festival.
