Terms and Conditions of Use



Streeen provides a personalized service that allows streaming access to films and other media content (“Streeen content”) over the Internet through computers and other devices (“Streeen-compatible devices”).
Access to certain content, films, and curated collections on the site is free and available to everyone. Other content on the site is only accessible through registration and paid services (“paid services”).
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. In these Terms of Use, the terms “Streeen service,” “our service,” or “the service” refer to the personalized service provided by Streeen for selecting and viewing Streeen content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.



1. Streeen Service
1.1 To use Streeen’s paid services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your province, region, or country. Minors may use the paid services only under adult supervision.


1.2 Streeen’s paid services and any content viewed through the service are for personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals outside your household. During your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service and view Streeen content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public screenings.


1.3 You may view Streeen content primarily in the country where you created your account and only in geographical locations where we offer our service and hold licenses for such content. Content availability may vary over time and by location.


1.4 The Streeen service and its catalog of films and curated collections are regularly updated. Films and curated content may be available either for free or for a fee, either on a pay-per-view basis or through subscription to the full catalog of Streeen content.


1.5 You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use) any content or information contained on or obtained from or through the Streeen service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any content protections in the Streeen service; use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Streeen service; decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Streeen service; insert any code or manipulate the content of the Streeen service; or use any data mining or extraction method. You further agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment associated with the Streeen service, including viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs. We may restrict or terminate your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.


1.6 The quality of Streeen content playback may vary by device and may be affected by various factors such as your location, available bandwidth, and your internet connection speed. All internet access charges are your responsibility. Please check with your internet provider for information on data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching content will vary depending on your location, available bandwidth, the content you select, and the configuration of your compatible device.


1.7 The Streeen software is developed by or for Streeen and is designed to enable viewing of Streeen content on compatible devices. This software may vary depending on the device and platform and functionalities may differ. You acknowledge that use of the service may require third-party software subject to third-party licenses. You agree to receive automatically updated versions of the Streeen and third-party software.



2. Passwords and Account Access
The user who created the Streeen account and whose Payment Method is charged (“Account Holder”) has access to and control over the Streeen account and the Streeen-compatible devices used to access the service and is responsible for all activity that occurs through the Streeen account. To maintain control over the account and prevent unauthorized access (including to the viewing history), the Account Holder must maintain control over the compatible devices and not share the password or payment details associated with the account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining accurate account information. We may terminate or suspend your account in order to protect you, Streeen, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.


3. Miscellaneous


3.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. These terms do not limit any consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

3.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.


3.4 Changes to the Terms of Use
Streeen may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You will be notified at least 30 days before any changes take effect.


3.5 Electronic Communications
We will send you information regarding your account (such as payment authorizations, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmations, notices) only in electronic format, such as via email to the email address you provided at registration.


Subscription


1.1 Your Streeen subscription will continue until canceled. To use the Streeen service, you must have internet access and a compatible device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. A “Payment Method” is a valid, accepted payment method that may be updated and includes payments made via a third party. Unless you cancel before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the next subscription fee to your chosen Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).


1.2 We offer various subscription plans, including promotional plans offered by third parties in conjunction with their own products and services. Some subscription plans may have differing terms, which will be disclosed at sign-up or through other communications. You can find specific information regarding your Streeen subscription by visiting our website and clicking on the “Account” link at the top of the Streeen pages, under your profile name.



Billing and Cancellation


2.1 Billing Cycle
The subscription fee for the Streeen service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your “Account” page. The length of your billing cycle depends on the type of subscription chosen at sign-up. Your billing date may change in certain cases, such as when a charge attempt fails or your paid subscription started on a date not present in a given month. To view your next payment date, visit the “Billing Information” section in your “Account” page.


2.2 Payment Methods
To use the Streeen service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or becomes unavailable. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a charge fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you have not canceled your account, we may suspend your access until a valid Payment Method is successfully charged. Some Payment Method providers may charge you fees, such as international transaction fees or other processing fees. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method. For details, please consult your Payment Method provider.


2.3 Updating Payment Methods
You can update your Payment Methods on your “Account” page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable Payment Methods.


2.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your Streeen subscription at any time and will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unwatched content. To cancel, go to your “Account” page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing cycle. To check your account’s closing date, click on “Billing Information” in your “Account” page. If you subscribed to Streeen via a third party and wish to cancel, you may need to do so through that third party (e.g., by disabling auto-renewal in your third-party account settings or canceling the Streeen service via that platform). You can also find billing information in your third-party account.


2.5 Changes to Price and Subscription Plans
We may change our subscription plans and pricing from time to time; however, any price or plan changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after we notify you.
